About Re-MIND

A business-literate lens on the person who has to make the business work.

Re-MIND Institute creates practical education and support pathways for the gap between a sound business plan and the repeated response that can make that plan hard to use when the stakes feel high.

Meet Dr Ashleigh Moreland

Commercial reality and human behaviour, held together.

Bachelor of Commerce · Business-development experience · PhD (Neuroplasticity) · Neurophysiologist · Psychotherapist · Clinical Hypnotherapist · Trained Counsellor · Educator

Dr Ashleigh Moreland is the founder of Re-MIND Institute. Her work is built for the moments founders recognise: a proposal that stays unsent, a price that is hard to name, a boundary conversation that keeps moving, a handover that comes back to the founder, or a workload that will not switch off.

Her Bachelor of Commerce and business-development experience keep the work anchored in the commercial reality of building, selling, leading, and making decisions. Her work in neuroplasticity, neurophysiology, psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, and education informs the care taken with learned responses under pressure.

The point is not to make every business issue personal. It is to help founders see the business problem clearly, notice what keeps repeating, and choose support that actually fits.

The Re-MIND approach

Check the business reality. Notice the repeat response. Choose the next useful move.

01

Start with what is happening

Name the sales, workload, client, leadership, or decision issue without rushing to label it.

02

Make the system clearer

Check the information, offer, process, support, decision rights, and practical skills the situation needs.

03

Work with what keeps repeating

When the practical move is clear but hard to use, explore the learned response and practise one more useful action.

What this hub is here to do.

Give entrepreneurs a clear, bounded way to look at one live business issue, choose a practical next step, and decide whether free resources, a self-paced course, group work, 1:1 support, or another specialist is the right next call. It does not promise a business result or replace specialist advice.
