Clear answers before you spend time or money.
Use the free tools when you want a practical next action. Use these answers to decide whether the self-paced course, Rise & Thrive, or 1:1 support is proportionate for the issue you are actually facing.
Is this business coaching, therapy, or business advice?
This hub provides business-literate education and reflection for the point where a clear plan becomes hard to use under pressure. It is not conventional business strategy, sales training, legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or clinical advice. It does not diagnose or provide therapy through the free tools.
What if my actual issue is my offer, pricing, cashflow, team, or process?
Start with the relevant business specialist or practical work. Re-MIND is designed to sit alongside that work when the next move is broadly clear and a repeat response keeps interrupting your ability to use it.
What is the difference between free tools and the short course?
Free tools help you work on one current issue and choose one practical next action. The short course is a private, self-paced education and reflection experience for founders who recognise a repeat belief around imposter thinking, hustle, or fear of rejection. It is designed to take a few hours and includes lifetime access.
How do Rise & Thrive and 1:1 differ?
Rise & Thrive is a live group programme with details on its dedicated page. 1:1 support is a tailored, private option where fit, scope, format, and investment are discussed before you decide. Neither is automatically the right next step just because an issue feels urgent.
Can I use a tool without joining the email list?
Yes. The first result from every interactive tool is available without an email gate. The tool answers are not submitted or stored by the tool.
Can I claim a course or service as a business expense?
Re-MIND Institute does not provide tax advice or guarantee that a purchase is tax deductible. Keep your invoice and speak with a registered tax agent or accountant before making a claim.
What if I am in crisis or need urgent help?
This hub is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately. Seek qualified healthcare advice for concerns about your wellbeing.
How do I enquire about 1:1 support?
Visit the 1:1 page or email hello@re-mind.institute. You can also use the personalised recommendation form if you want help comparing the Re-MIND pathways.
Start with one free tool on one current issue.
It is often easier to choose a pathway once you have named the exact decision, conversation, workload problem, or repeat response you want to work on.
